Dr. Grace Lee is currently a PGY-6 in the general surgery program at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Biology at the University of Pennsylvania. She subsequently went to medical school at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine.
During her research years in residency, she was a Fellow in Advanced Biomedical Ethics in the Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy at the University of Pennsylvania, where she received a Master of Science in Medical Ethics. She is studying and applying ethics in the surgical population with a particular interest in end-of-life decision-making and determining risk surrounding high-risk interventions. She is interested in pursuing a career in transplant surgery.
